Designed to be climbed horizontally, not vertically. The challenge of a traverse wall is making it from one side to the other, rather than to the top. You are never more than a few feet off the ground which makes it safe and achievable for youngsters.

Traversing is a great grass root climbing experience. It helps build the the basic skills and movements- developing strength, coordination and problem solving.

The experience of a safe horizontal wall helps climbers grow in confidence and creates a sense of achievement. Groups work together to help and motivate each other, tighter bonds are created and participants are inspired to try other activities.

No ropes or harnesses are needed but children should be supervised.
