Whatever your occasion Benmore has a range of rooms and options to suit.
Conference/meeting facilities: A range of meeting and conference rooms are bookable with accommodation and as standalone hires at select times. Choice of formal meeting room or more informal set up. All our rooms include touch screen smart screens for use. Different catering options available from refreshments to full catering.
Community groups: A selection of ground floor rooms are hireable along with accommodation and catering for select social and community functions. During term time this is limited to Friday 11am - Sunday 12pm.
Weddings: Benmore House has a varied selection of traditional manor rooms overlooking Benmore Botanical Gardens. This includes two dining rooms, 4 large break out rooms, 1 being ideal for dancing and an area for a bar. We offer buffet style catering options by our chefs or the option to bring in your own catering company. We can accommodate up to 70 for a sit down meal in our main dining room. For imtimate weddings we can also offer our lecture room for the ceremony. Benmore House is a historically interesting and impressive estate house full of original features, it provides an exclusive wedding venue and an affordable and idyllic option for your big day. During term time this is limited to Friday 11am - Sunday 1pm.
Our 4 accommodation wings sleep up to 125 guests in a mix of twin-bedded rooms some with en-suite facilities and larger dorm style rooms sleeping 6 - 10 in bunks.

COMMON ROOM
Our main common room is a large versatile space. Seating can be added into the room along with the fixed seating benches. This room has disco equipment. lighting and a disco ball as well as a smart screen.
LECTURE ROOM
The Lecture Room has retained many of its original features making it a beautiful large space. Very versatilie and ideal for an informal meeting or intimate ceremony. This room includes a smart screen.
FIELD STUDIES
The Field Studies is a large, bright and adaptable room for varied uses. Ideal for a formal meeting and also well suited for any event requiring a break out space. Room can be arranged to suit your needs. This room includes a smart screen.
LARGE DINING ROOM
Our large dining room is a light and airy space that can sit up to 70 people depending on seating arrangements and event. This room includes a smart screen.
SMALL DINING ROOM
Our small dining room seats 40 people and is situated next to our other dining room. This room includes a smart screen.
LIBRARY
The Library has many original features and is a relaxing space for any event. Informal meetings or break out space for your event. This room includes a smart screen.
BERNICE FARMHOUSE SUN ROOM
Bernice is located 4 miles from the main house, along the picturesque and rugged road along Loch Eck, this remote recently renovated and modernised farmhouse and accompanying cottage provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 24. The farmhouse has a large informal lounge space and log burning stove opening into an attractive, airy sunroom with spectacular views to the water and wilds around. The sunroom opens directly into the garden and centres around large oak conference tables and benches seating 18. Perfect for outdoor and special interest groups and organisations seeking an accommodation venue for courses and training events. Flip chart and whiteboard available. Kitchen facilities provided.
