Information is key to a safe and successful outdoor experience. We pride ourselves on our safety record and our highly trained staff, who are continually trained to ensure all service users have a fun and fulfilling adventure. In this section, you will find all the safety notices, documentation and forms you may require.
We also have an extensive store of equipment for hire, which is thoroughly safety tested and available to use on each of our sites. Experience Outdoors also offer our expert advice to other local authorities, schools, organisations and corporate partners who are developing outdoor learning facilities.

Safe, exciting and creative outdoor learning is achieved through effective planning and training. Many outdoor learning activities carry no higher risk than most situations faced on a day to day basis, but we ensure safety is paramount to our users and us.
CONSULTANCY AND COMMISSIONING
Our experience in the outdoor learning sector enables us to offer expert advice and commissioning services to organisations, including NGBs, corporate entities, independent schools and local authorities, who are creating or upgrading outdoor learning facilities.
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
To support delivery and development of outdoor learning across Edinburgh and beyond, Our outdoor centres provide and service equipment, offer facility and event venues and provide training and instructor hire.
