Groups are allocated to areas depending on the size, gender mix and needs of the visiting schools on your chosen week. When you receive the room list from the Facilities Coordinator you will see which areas you have been allocated.

Payment information

Our venues are in exceptionally high demand; if there are any changes to your numbers please notify us as soon possible.  This will enable us to ensure we have sufficient capacity to accommodate additional numbers or alternatively, allow us to offer available space to other schools and children who would otherwise miss out.

Unless notified of changes, the first instalment is based on the numbers provided at the time of booking, payment will be deducted by internal recharge from the cost centre and account code provided at the time of booking.

The final balance will be requested within a month of arrival and based on the numbers on record at 90 days.
